Returns and/or exchanges are excepted for all merchandise in a original salable condition that has not been worn, washed or used in any way, returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of receipt in Australia, for international purchases you have 14 days to notify firstname.lastname@example.org return your item(s) from the date you receive the package.
Please note: All purchases of sale items are final and cannot be returned for exchange or refund, return shipping is payable by the customer (excluding return of faulty or damaged items; in which case the return postage will be credited to the nominated credit card) and must be sent via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Wolftress takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. The original shipping charges are not refundable and, if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied. Your refund will be credited onto the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds will be processed less shipping and duties as soon as possible however please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Wolftress reserves the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If you would like to return or exchange your item(s) for any reason, please follow the returns procedure.
If for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item, you will need to email email@example.com with your invoice number, item purchased, requirement for exchange or refund and reason for the return.
A reply email will assess your return and further instruct you on the next step for refund/exchange.
Our Wolftress Warriors do our best to send you quality pieces, if you find fault with our item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number, item purchased and the fault in the piece. Depending on available stock, we will replace the faulty garment or refund the invoiced amount. We will also credit the return shipping costs to your nominated credit card for faulty or damaged items.
If we have made a mistake processing your order, please email email@example.com noting down the incorrect garment, depending on available stock, we will replace your incorrect garment with the correct order or invoiced amount. We will also credit the return shipping costs to your nominated credit card for incorrectly processed orders.
